Hi there! Hope you are having a great week! It's time for an all new MFTWSC sketch challenge. Thanks to all who joined along with last week's sketch!

I absolutely LOVE this week's sketch because of all the layers! It's a great way to showcase MFT's Die-namics dies.

I combined a variety of Die-namics dies, a sentiment from the versatile Essential Sentiments stamp set with pretty Pion design patterned papers to create my sample:

To create the circular shape, I first die cut a piece of paper using a Die-namics Dainty Doily die then centered and adhered a Die-namics Pierced Circle die on the die cut doily then cut again to create the negative space in the doily. I finished off the card with a pretty blossom made using Die-namics Layered Rose:

Hi there and Happy St. Patrick's Day to all who celebrate! It's time for an all new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week's challenge theme is "Just my luck". Are you down on your luck? Do you feel like today is, quite simply your lucky day? Whatever your mood and however you'd like to interpret this challenge ~ we couldn't resist having a lucky challenge since this challenge falls on St. Patrick's Day! You may just be in luck and win the prize this week!

I was inspired to create a good luck tag featuring a couple of 4 leaf clovers.

Once I die cut, embossed and colorized the background using Shabby Shutters and Crushed Olive Distress Inks, I added a touch of gold and Gesso. I don't own a 4 leaf clover stamp, so I created my own 4 leaf clovers using the versatile Plenty of Hearts stamps and coordinating dies. After die cutting the hearts, I stamped the coordinating stamp images using Shabby Shutters and Crushed Olive Distress inks then embellished using Mini Gears and Sprockets.

I completed the tag with a sweet layered die cut butterfly that was made using a combination of the following dies: Simon Says Stamp Leanna Butterfly die and the Simon Says Stamp Paulina Butterfly die:

Hi there! Hope you are having an amazing weekend! I'm so excited because today I have a couple of projects to share. First up is a sneak peek of a project that I created special for the Simon Says Stamp blog ~ click HERE. If you are interested in a fun "how to" tutorial, please be to stop by HERE.

Next up is a card featuring beautiful papers from the gorgeous new Pion design collection ~ Shoreline Treasures. I love the pretty color palette and designs.

For texture, I embossed a piece of paper using a Spellbinders embossing folder then added a touch of shimmer using a silk glaze medium:

I joined along with the current Frilly and Funkie challenge which is to create using your "Neglected Dies" and pulled out a few neglected Spellbinders dies. All the flowers and foliage was made using a variety of neglected dies along with pretty Shoreline Treasures patterned papers.

Hi there! I hope you are having a great weekend! Today I have a layout to share featuring the gorgeous new Pion design collection ~ Shoreline Treasures. Scott and I got married on the beautiful island of St. Lucia located in the Caribbean so needless to say, this fabulous paper collection will get lots of use by me! :)

To create this layout, I used a stencil to add a little texture and design to the main background piece of paper then once dry, I several layers of the pretty Shoreline Treasures papers. I fussy cut a trio of butterflies from a piece of Borders and tucked a die cut burlap heart behind each one:
