Today, we are all sharing projects made usingSpring Baskets.
Spring Baskets is a set jam packed with so many interchangeable images and sentiments. The creative possibilities are endless! I am willing to bet, not one sample made by the entire DT will be the same!
First up, is a sweet basket that I stamped, colored using a combination of Copics listed below, then paperpieced the basket.The flower trio image was stamped, colored and 3 buttons sewn in place.
Close up, you are able to see these darling little flowers were popped up so the leaves would fall over the edge of the basket:
Using the same layout, just changing up the patterned paper, flowers and sentiment:
This card features a basket full of Daffodils. I popped the basket up using 3D foam squares and attached a little bow and button. The basket full of Daffodils is layered on top of a pretty doily made using a Heart Circles die template which was then layered on top of a label made using a Labels One die template and a piece of PTI Fine Linen cs that was ever so graciously given to me by my sweet friend Stephanie :)

Hi Everyone! I was very excited to create something using the Cricut Expression 12" x 24" mat in conjunction with the 12" x 24" Bazzill cardstock that I purchased from Ohmycrafts.com. I chose to make the Gift Bag from the Cricut Tags, Bags, Boxes & More cartridge for the special girls in my life that are Moms. :) I hope you find it helpful and useful! Instructions for the Large & Small Gift Bag, Tag Pocket and Note card:
1. Using the Cricut Tags, Bags, Boxes & More cartridge (p. 115), select the Giftbag, Real Dial Size, using the dial select 11.5".
2. Cut.
3. Being sure to line up "tick" marks, score bag.
4. Add Sprinkles & have fun decorating as you wish, then tape bag together, set aside. (I used 1.5" & 1.75" daisies & brads)
5. Using the Tags, Bags, Boxes & More cartridge (p. 112), select the Tag Pocket, Real Dial Size, using the dial select 8".
6. Cut then REPEAT step 3, set aside.
7. Using the Cricut Walk in My Garden cartridge (p. 82), select the Daisy, Real Dial Size, Quantity x 2, using the dial select 2".
8. Cut then REPEAT step 7 using various sizes for the daisy embellishment on the tag.
9. Attach Daisy with brad.
10. Tape Tag.
11. For Note Card, cut a 7" x 2" piece of cardstock, score at 3.5", decorate as desired & place in Tag Pocket.
Happy 1st Birthday Nolan & Colvin! Hi Everyone! Well my sweet Valentine (husband) surprised with a Cricut Expression for Valentines Day! Oh my gosh, I did not know what I was missing out on! I have been collecting all the different die cut systems such as Sizzix, Cuttlebug, Spellbinders, Quickutz and Bosskut for several years now and thought there was no way I would ever need another system! This Cricut Expression sure has opened a whole new world for me! My girlfriend's twin boys turned one year old this month, so I had a perfect opportunity to put my Cricut to work! I wanted to make them each their own unique card so this is what I created! I hope you like them both! Until next time...
