Flowers for a FriendHi Cyber Girl Friends! I hope all of you are enjoying your weekend! So far, mine has been fun! Yesterday, my hubby took a 2 hr bike ride with me & his buns were a bit sore to say the least! :( Today we are driving my step-son to soccer camp where he will be for a week. I am going to check before we leave, if there is any stamp or scrapbook stores in the area! :) I needed to make my

girlfriend / co-worker a birthday card for Tuesday and a card for my 52 yr old sister-in-law, who just graduated from college, with a Radiology degree. This card is my entry to TWO challenges, the
Splitcoast Sketch Challenge #232, SC232, & for the
Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge, IC184. For the IC184, I had to use the colors featured in any picture from the website
Lovely Package. I chose the item called
Annabelle, (the picture on the right) & used SU Mellow Moss, Old Olive, Pretty in

Pink, Rose Red, Barely Banana, So Saffron, Pale Plum & Perfect Plum. I was inspired to make the distressed pink rose embellie by following the instructions posted on
Dawn McVey's blog. Basically, you tear cardstock circles! So simple, yet so pretty. Those girls at PTI are so creative! I hope you like it! Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog and browse. Please feel free to leave a comment! I always love to hear from you! :) Be Sweet! Until next time...
