I was inspired to create a project featuring a transparent Tattered Floral. When it was completed, it sort of looked like a wintery scene don't you think?
To create the die cut flower, I combined fun frost film, modeling film and Broken China Distress Ink. Peeking out from under the blossom are sprigs of die cut flowers and fun art parts leaves:
For the background, I stamped and inked a piece of French Industrial Paper using various stamps and Distress inks then added texture using the Tim Holtz Bubble Stencil. Once the background was created, I adhered a crackle finished Window:
