Vintage Ornaments 33

Mona Pendleton | Saturday, August 28, 2010 @ 10:52 PM | , ,

Hi There! I had some time to play today so I would like to share a few things I made:
First up, using a LF-190 Grand Labels Four die template, I made this Festive wall hanging featuring the image with a trio of Vintage ornaments from the JustRite Vintage Christmas 3 1/4" set. For sketch inspiration, I played along with this week's JustRite Friday Challenge #033. I flipped the sketch so I could highlight all three lil' ornaments each paired with a different frame from the Hearts Come Home 2" set.

After stamping the ornament image, I cut each lil' one out & colored them using an assortment of Copic Markers. Using a foam square, I popped each one up then adhered a lil' bow & pearl.

Next up, I made this card featuring the complete trio of Vintage ornaments in it's entirety:

This cluster of ornaments makes a wonderful focal point - don't you think?

After inking up the trio of ornaments image, I used a S4-114 Standard Circles LG die template to cut/emboss the image & a larger S4-114 Standard Circles LG die template to cut/emboss the circular sentiment. Up close, you can see how flawlessly these JustRite images fit with the Spellbinders™ Nestabilities® die templates.
Here is the collection of Copic Markers I used on both of these projects:

That's all for today - I hope you get some crafty time to yourself this weekend! Thanks for looking :)
***I would like to remind my International Friends if you love Spellbinders™ products as much as I do, you may be interested to know that the Spellbinders International Guest Blogger - Fall 2010 Contest is currently happening! Please click HERE for complete details! Good Luck :)

I have some vintage ornaments. The one with the center is my favorite. I am very careful each year when I decorate the tree.
