I was in the mood to paint a whitish pumpkin with lots of texture on an 8" x 8" canvas panel:
I'm really enjoying the painting process learning how to vary my brushstrokes while incorporating the use of a palette knife:

That is one amazing ink pad - to stay moist enough to use after 12 years. Your card is beautiful. I especially like that you didn't use all fall colors. Your painting looks fantastic, too! That pumpkin has such dimension - it looks positively plump!!
