Mona Pendleton | Sunday, September 27, 2015 @ 4:15 PM | , , , ,

Hi there! I hope you are having a great weekend! Today I have a couple of projects to share. First up is a 16" x 20" canvas that I painted. I'm practicing so I can paint a couple of 24" x 36" canvas's for my home.
To begin, I collaged pages from an old Webster's dictionary onto the canvas:
then I had a lot of fun painting the background and poppies:
I also made a card in celebration of fall featuring a PTI Friendship Jar full of Fall goodness:
For color inspiration for both projects, I joined along with the current Colour Me challenge:
For card sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great week!

Hi there! Tonight I'm joining along with the PTI Blog Hop
which is based on the photo inspiration shown below as well as creating a project using the chalkboard technique.
Here's my interpretation:
I created a card featuring a combination of stamps from the Fall Elegance and Spooky Sweet 11 stamp sets:
Even though the temps are in still in the 100's here in Arizona, I'm starting to decorate my home for Fall. Here is a my front door showing a couple of wreaths that my daughter and I made along with my sweet girl, Gretchen ;)
For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current Freshly Made Sketches sketch challenge:
Thanks so much for visiting. I hope you have a great weekend!
