Hi there! It seems as though, I have been running low with my crafting time. I wanted to create something today in my art journal so I made this page featuring a trio of blossoms from the Prima Flower stencil:

Once the background complete, I stenciled on the pretty Blossoms using the stencil and Modeling Paste. Once dry, I colored with inexpensive craft acrylic paints:

Using a couple of Tim Holtz stencils, I added additional designs:

For color inspiration, I joined along with the color throwdown color challenge:

A Trio of Prima Watercolor Cards 30

Hi there! It's my turn to share a few projects on the Prima blog featuring their fantastic Watercolor Pencils. Please be sure to visit the Prima blog to see what the rest of the talented DT has created.

I created a trio of greeting cards featuring a combination of beautiful Paintable Secret Garden cards with pretty papers and embellishments from the Royal Menagerie collection.

I colored each of the images using a variety of watercolor pencils from the Scenic Route and Earth Tones set. I love how easy it is to customize the gorgeous images.

For additional interest, I distressed all the edges of the cards and card front, applied Dry Sand Chalk Edger then randomly stamped the Desert Floor Cling stamp to the background.

La Vie...Prima Product Pick 34

Hi there! I hope you are having a great weekend! I'm still here. Scott and I just returned from a trip to NYC where we helped get Meredith settled in her dorm room. I grew up in upstate NY and have visited NYC many times but it never gets old. So much to see and do and never enough time. Here's a photo of the NY skyline including the Brooklyn Bridge that Scott shot at night from the top deck of a double decker bus:
