Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. I'm caught up on DT assignments so I took some time to create a tag just for fun using a hodge podge of products from some of my favorite papercrafting manufacturers. To create this tag, I first used a Sizzix die to cut a piece of chipboard and a piece 13arts Frosted Ferns patterned paper. Once cut, I adhered the two together, lightly applied some Gesso and Distress ink to the edges.

I adhered some lace trim and a beautiful rectangular shaped doily that was made using a Spellbinders Decorative Doily Eight die along with 13arts Natural Beauty patterned paper. I added texture and design to the doily using a pretty stencil that my sweet GF, Sue gifted me. I added texture to the tree using bead gel medium and a variety of Distress Stains topped off with a little Gesso. I've been dying to try this technique and can't wait to give it another go!

 For the sentiment, I stamped the word Joy from Starry Christmas on a tag made using a Spellbinders Framed Tags One die then topped it off with a Vintage button.

I'm entering this in the Our Creative Corner ~ A Very Vintage Christmas challenge where we are challenged to create using a Vintage / Neutral color palette as well as the Scrap Around the World Challenge where I was inspired by the  photo of the pink flowers in the mood board.
