April Waltzingmouse S.O.A.P. Day #1 70

Mona Pendleton | Friday, April 1, 2011 @ 12:00 AM | , , ,

Hi there! You may remember that Claire, Owner/Designer of Waltzingmouse Stamps announced that she will be releasing new sets every other month which we will be referring to as S.O.A.P. ~ Stamps Of Approval Parade. Well, since April is an “off” month Claire and many of the DT members will be sharing projects for the next four days reviewing last month’s release sets, as well as a special treat for you on the 4th day :)

Today, I am sharing a wall hanging I made for my sweet sister Tina featuring stamps from both Very Vintage Labels No. 18 and Back in the Saddle:
I started by cutting a gorgeous piece of patterned paper from the Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden Collection using a Grand Labels One die template which was layered on a piece of inked up recycled corrugated cardboard. I stamped a beautiful polka dot label from Very Vintage Labels No. 18 using a S4-310 Labels Eighteen to cut/emboss the image then added a pretty layered butterfly on top:
To make the tag, I stamped the MUCH OBLIGED sentiment from Back in the Saddle then using a Labels Ten die template to cut/emboss the image and adored it with a pretty Prima pearl embellishment.
That's all I have to share today ~ hope to see you tomorrow :) Thanks so much for looking and to see  more amazing inspiration, please be sure to visit Claire and the rest of the Waltzingmouse DT members listed below:
