Hi there! I hope you all had a great weekend :) What did you do? Did you watch football or spend time getting crafty? Scott enjoyed watching football and I had fun playing with my crafting supplies. We did go for a hike up
South Mountain and we even made it to the gym (my other healthy addiction).
I'm here today to share a Valentine's Day card that I made for the
JustRite Friday Challenge #047 which is to create a love, wedding or anniversary project. With my crafty girlfriend, Caroline, in mind I created this card. For sketch inspiration, I played along with
Card Patterns #99 sketch:
I inked up the sweet heart image with
Memento Tuxedo Black ink, colored using the Copic markers shown below, stitched on a lil' button then using a
S4-116 Standard Circles SM die template to cut/emboss the heart image. I then stamped the sentiment and using a
S4-304 Eyelet Circles die template to cut/emboss circular shaped sentiment. I pulled out
Cherry Limeade Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and colored some white seam binding to coordinate with my card.
