Friendship 41

Mona Pendleton | Thursday, November 11, 2010 @ 2:42 PM | ,

Hi There! I have the day off from work today and I am stranded at home because the battery in my car died yesterday so my car is at the dealer until I run the 5 miles to pick it up. While building up the courage to tackle the run, I snuck in some "me" time and played with some of my favorite papercrafting goodies :)
I was inspired to make this card for my sweet sister Tina by last week's JustRite's Friday challenge: Show your support - either Sympathy of Friendship. Tina is not only my sister, but my Bestest Girl Friend :) I inked up the beautiful Friendship sentiment from JustRite Friendship Nested Sentiments with Memento Tuxedo Black ink then using a S4-140 Petite Oval Small die template to cut/emboss the image. I layered it on top of a label cut/embossed using a S5-025 Labels Seventeen die template. Stitched on a lil' lace, added a bow and a heart embellishment made using a S4-296 Nested Hearts die template.
Hope you have a great day! Off to pick up my car :) Thanks for looking!
