You Paint My Heart Happy...MFT August NPT 45

Mona Pendleton | Tuesday, August 6, 2013 @ 7:00 PM | , , , , , , ,

Hello! Welcome to the MFT August NPT  where you'll get a look at ALL the new stamp sets one more time. You can finalize your wish list and head over to the MFT Boutique to SHOP until your hearts content! All the new products are available NOW, right HERE.! Thanks to all those who took the time to leave such kind and encouraging comments over the past week. I am very grateful for your time! I hope you like all the new MFT products as much as I do!
Tonight I have a few projects to share featuring MPD Timeless, Die-namics MPD Time Pieces, MPD Collage Backgrounds, MPD Brick Wall Stencil and MPD Gears Stencil which is an EXCLUSIVE MFT product that will only be available in the MFT Boutique.

First up is a canvas that I made featuring a photo of my dear husband Scott that was taken while on a recent trip to San Francisco.
To create this project I first randomly stamped tissue paper using stamps from Collage Backgrounds then I collaged them onto the canvas. I added design and texture using the MPD Brick Wall Stencil along with fiber paste.
Once dry, I randomly added color using various sprays. I used a chunky canvas for the project and wanted to show you that I made sure to incorporate all sides with everything!

I stamped one of the clocks including hands from Timeless on coordinating die cut pieces using Die-namics Time Pieces and embossed / adhered a face overlay. I embellished with lots of flowers made using Die-namics Mini Royal Roses and Die-namics Royal Rose
More texture:
Next is a layout featuring a photo of my dear son Jerry riding / flying his bicycle. He like his sister Angie has been bitten by the dare devil biking bug ~ thankfully, he has graduated from college and is working full time so he doesn't have time to ride crazy like this anymore! My prayers have been answered with this one!
I stuck with the same color scheme as I used on the canvas and pretty much created the background on this layout like the canvas.
I added lots of design using the Gears Stencil and white acrylic paint:
and adhered lots of die cut cogs and gears that were made using Die-namics Time Pieces:
Thanks so much for visiting ~ I hope you enjoyed my projects.
It's time to head over to the MFT Blog to see what the rest of the team is up to. Be sure to check out all the designers' creations to get one last look at every stamp set releasing tonight.
Be Sweet ;)
