Dabbling with Dots 39

Hi there! Today I am here sharing my project for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge where the theme is all about "dots". To make this project, I layered a few die cut pieces then added lots of texture and color.
Once the background was dry, I embellished with die cut embossed foil flowers ~ tutorial shown HERE

I also added a die cut bird and birdcage. I heat embossed the birdcage using embossing enamel and gave the bird a coat of Ranger Rock Candy for a crackled appearance:
