Today I have a couple of projects to share featuring the fun LJD Sea Life stamp set, the coordinating Die-namics Sea Life die set and the You're Fintastic stamp set. First up is a rather clean card featuring a cute stamped Blu Raspberry fish from Sea Life.
I wanted to create an ombre background representing the pretty colors of the Caribbean waters so I used the Die-namics Polka Dot Cover-Up to cut a piece of the following cardstock colors starting from the bottom: Blu Raspberry, Berrylicious, Sno Cone and Sweet Tooth. Once I had all the cardstock cut, I assembled to create an ombre effect. I finished it off with a die cut tag featuring a sentiment from Sea Life, along with a Sno Cone button:
Next is a layout featuring a couple of photos of Scott and Connor that were taken when we were on vacation, diving off the shores of Maui. I framed the photos with die cut frames that were made using one of the frames included in the new Die-namics Rectangle Frames die set:
These versatile products work perfectly to create an underwater sea life scene! I used the following variety of the newly released Hybrid inks: Lemon Drop, Sour Apple, Red Hot, Orange Fizz, Black Licorice and Blu Raspberry:
For the title, I stamped one of the fun and versatile sentiments from Sea Life on a the inner piece that was made using a Die-namics Rectangle Frames die then framed it with the outer die cut Rectangle Frame. I created a mini underwater scene featuring a cute fish and other sea creatures all from Sea Life:
