Happy Wednesday! It's time for an all new My Favorite Things Wednesday Stamp Club sketch challenge! For additional inspiration from participating DT members, please be sure to visit the MFT Blog
Here's this week's fun sketch:
I made this Thank You card featuring a trio of pretty die cut doilies made using a Die-namics Decorative Doily DUO die and a multi layered blossom made using Die-namics Large Hybrid Heirloom Rose
I stamped the sentiment from Die-namics DC Airplane Greetings on a die cut tab that was made using a Die-namics Mini Tabs Foursome die.
In case you were curious about how I created the layered Heirloom Rose shown on this card, here is a step by step tutorial:

Step 1: Using Die-namics Large Hybrid Heirloom Rose die cut 2 each of the large and small petal layers and 1 center:
***For a smaller version, use Die-namics Mini Hybrid Heirloom Rose
Step 2: Using quilling tool, gently apply pressure on back side of all pieces causing cardstock to "weaken" and curl which adds awesome dimension!:
Step 3: Using quilling tool, roll center of the blossom, adhere then adhere all petal ends together at tabs:
Step 4: Adhere layers together with larger petal pieces on the bottom:
Step 5: Using MFT Kraft ink and ink applicator, apply ink to all edges:
Thanks so much for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great day / evening!
Be Sweet ;)

Lovely card, Mona. I just love those doiley dies; I'll have to add them to my collection of dies sometime!! Thanks for the tutorial - I've never used 2 of each of the petal pieces, it's so beautiful that way and I love the way you colored the rose. Have a great weekend!
