Hi there! Today I have a mixed media style layout to share featuring a photo that was taken more than 10 years ago of my sweet daughter Angie and our dear dog Oakley.

To create this layout, I combined pretty ColourArte Apple Blossom Radiant Rain Shimmer Mist, ColourArte Silks Acrylic Glaze Black Ice along with some fun papers from 7 Dots Studio:

For added design, I randomly stamped lots of butterflies on the background and added lots of texture using a stencil and modeling paste:

embellished with fancy chipboard pieces from Gina's Designs

along with a variety of blossoms:

I'm joining along with the Mixed Media Place Creative Gym challenge where the theme is The Power of ONE: we are challenged to use ONE color, ONE stencil and ONE stamp:

For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current Scrap Africa challenge where I flipped the sketch:
