thank you 35

Hi there! We're nearly settled in our new home which is allowing more time for me to create once again with products I love. I made a thank you card using several ColourArte products including Radiant Rain shimmer mist and Silks Acrylic Glazes
I added lots of color to the background using the following ColourArte  products: Radiant Rain shimmer mist Teal ZirconSilks Acrylic GlazesCaribbean Mist and Lemondrop:
I embellished with die cut foliage and flowers from my stash:
As well as a Prima resin butterfly and stamped sentiment:
I added texture using a Damask stencil along with modeling paste:
I'm playing along with the following challenge:
For color inspiration, I joined along with the current Fusion card challenge:

For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current Cardabilities sketch challenge:
For theme inspiration, the current Friday Mashup challenge where I featured a butterfly:
ColourArte  products used:
Radiant Rain shimmer mist Teal Zircon
Silks Acrylic GlazesCaribbean Mist, Lemondrop

Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great Tuesday!
Be Sweet ;)

Love this card, Mona! I have some frames that I didn't know what to do with. Would you mind if I scraplift this? Also, I like Pamellia's question--do you coat the papers before you apply the various paints and textures?

You took the words right out of my mouth. I especially like this card for the calming and cool colors you chose to make it with, and I thought how much it would relax you, the maker, who has just moved and now the real work begins! Thanks for taking the time to share your wonderful work Mona and look forward to tomorrow :)
