Hi there! Today I have a layout to share featuring a photo of my Great Niece Madison who is 12 years old already!
For color inspiration, I joined along with the August Prima Product Picks challenge:
I took this photo one day last year when I was caring for Madison. She had just had her braces put on her teeth. At the beginning of September she is having them removed. Lucky girl! My daughter Angie, had to keep hers on for nearly 4 years!
I used pretty papers from the Princess collection and added texture to the background using a Prima stencil along with texture paste.

Once dry I added various colors of paints and inks then embellished with an assortment of embellishments including Prima crystals, die cut gears, flowers and leaves that were all made using several Prima dies:

I tucked a little Prima resign cherub behind that homemade flower:
Here's a collage of a few close-ups:
For sketch inspiration, I joined along with Let's Get Sketchy:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great day!
Be Sweet ;)

Very beautiful page, dear Mona! I love the soft colors and the homemade flowers.
..and about the braces on her teeth - I think nearly every child has to wear them (today the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" would use a magnet instead of a flute *lol*)
Have a nice week!

Fantastic...gorgeous as always! Great niece...it happens...just so hard to believe...I've been there recently for a graduation and honestly took me a moment, explaining relationships...realized I was older than I "think" but, also a wonderful family connection.
