Hi there! It's time for an all new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! Thanks to all who joined along with last week's challenge! It is Valentine's week ~ can you feel love in the air? Well, we are pretty sure almost everyone who reads the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog has one thing in common: we love stamps! So this is your chance to jump in and join us ~ whether you use a favorite technique or create a project featuring your favorite stamp ~ enjoy!
I love the versatility of the many fabulous images in the Mini Blueprints 2 stamp set and since Valentine's Day is only a few days away, I framed the sweet cupid image with a chipboard Ornate Frame:
which I layered on top of a textured and painted background:
For the sentiment I used a stamped frame / sentiment combination from Simple Sayings:
Using the scrap backgrounds from my initial project, I created a card:
featuring the sweet cupid heat embossed along with another versatile sentiment from Simple Sayings:
Thanks so much for visiting!

Gorgeous card and wall hanging. Thanks for sharing.

Honestly, as I looked at the details of the wall hanging and the card, I just had to smile. It was fun to see the industrial sort of embossing underneath those lovely soft colors in the background. Perfect. Love how you left the blueprint stamp the star of the show in both pieces. Wonderful. -- Mary Elizabeth
