I made this card for a sweet friend of mine who recently welcomed a dear baby girl into the world. I combined the crown image and sentiment from Die-namics Baby Onesie Die & Stamp Set Combo and coordinating onesie die along with pretty patterned paper from the Pink Paislee London Market Collection. 

For a little dimension, I popped the onesie up using 3D foam squares:
