Basically it is recommended that she have a "nip and tuck" to reduce redundant skin that allows for a breeding ground for bacteria which can then travel into her bladder, causing issues for her! Poor little girl :(

Wow! This one is so different for you! That heart is stunning with all the different patterns of paper and the dark scroll. Looks like you had fun stenciling and it came out beautifully! Your flower is beautiful!
