A Teeny Waltzingmouse Forest...Day 2 of The September Previews 57

Mona Pendleton | Friday, September 10, 2010 @ 12:00 AM | , ,

Hi Friends! Thanks for the sweet comments yesterday on my Day 1 Waltzingmouse September Previews - if you missed it, please feel free to scroll down :) I hope you are enjoying all the amazing projects that Claire & the rest of the Waltzingmouse DT gals have created so far as well! Do you have a "must" have set picked yet or are you like me & just "need" them all?! Hee hee Back today to share several cards I made featuring a few of the NEW stamp sets included in the Waltzingmouse Stamps September Release. First up is this lil' tree full of silver embossed twinkling stars from Teeny Trees along with some Waltzingmouse music notes from Musical Backgrounds :)Next is this Wintery card. I love the way the lil' embossed snowflake balls look :) For a soft white distressed look, I inked the edges of the kraft colored label using Color Box CHALK Alabaster ink. I pulled out Very Vintage Labels One, inked & stamped an image then using a S4-161 Labels One die template cut/embossed the image - adds just a fine line of detail to the layered label. To create the tag, I inked up the "glad tidings" image which is just one of many included in the Teeny Trees set then using a S4-140 Petite Oval SM die template I cut/embossed the image, layered with a scalloped oval cut/embossed using a S4-139 Petite Scalloped Oval LG die template.
Last but not least, is this Autumn themed card. Aren't those lil' Maple leaves the cutest ever? Reminds me of the beautiful fall foliage on the East Coast this time of year. Using a S4-228 Nested Maple Leaf die template, I cut a lil' felt Maple Leaf embellishment, stitched on a button then adhered it to the bow.
As you can see, this is another set that Claire has created that is overflowing with so many versatile images that can be used for any occasion, any time of the year!

Please be sure to hop on over to see what Claire (Owner), Lisa, Julia, Carly, Lynn, Anya, Bonnie, Jennifer, Belinda & Laurie have created surely to get you inspired :) That's all for today - I will be back tomorrow sharing more previews for Day 3 while incorporating the Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge Sketch! Thanks for looking - Be Sweet!
