Sew Many Buttons... 32

Mona Pendleton | Wednesday, June 2, 2010 @ 2:00 AM | ,

Hi There! Here today to share a card that I made using a few of my favorite products ;) a JustRite stamp along with a few Spellbinders™ die templates. For sketch inspiration, I played along with this week's JustRite Friday Challenge #021. In case you weren't aware, JustRite Stampers offers a weekly challenge for all to play along with! So ink up your JustRite Stampers, head on over to the JustRite Blog & join along in the fun :)I inked up just one of the sweet images from the JustRite Stampers Stitched with Love Borders & Centers 2 3/8" set then colored it using a few Copic markers. Once the heart image was colored, I centered & adhered a Spellbinders Nestabilities™ S4-114 Standard Circles LG die template in position then ran it through The Wizard™ first to cut it out then, repeating the step using a tan mat to emboss the edge. Using another size Spellbinders Nestabilities™ S4-114 Standard Circles LG die template, I cut out the circular sentiment & layered it on a scalloped circle that was cut with a S4-124 Classic Scalloped Circles LG die template. Not having my sewing machine on hand ;), I hand stitched the edges.
Thanks so much for looking! I will be back tomorrow with my offering for The Play Date Cafe creativity challenge. Be Sweet!

Supplies Used:

Stamps: JustRite Stampers Stitched with Love Borders & Centers 2 3/8"

Paper: October Afternoon, Papertrey Ink

Ink: Copic B00 Frost Blue, YR21 Cream, Memento

Other: Spellbinders Nestabilities™ S4-114 Standard Circles LG, S4-124 Classic Scalloped Circles LG, S4-242 Big Scalloped Borderabilities™ Petite, W-001 The Wizard™, ribbon & buttons from stash
