Hi Everyone! I am really excited to share some exciting news with all of you! Jen del Murro from iheart2stamp has invited me to be the February Guest Designer with her ever so popular weekly Saturday sketch challenges: Sketch For You To Try! Kicking off this week's return, Jen has this immensely generous gift package that she is offering to ONE lucky participant:
Here are all the juicy details:
1. A new sketch will be posted on www.iheart2stamp.com each Saturday in February
2. There will be a Slide Guest Book that you can post your creation(s) at the post of each of those posts.
3. You will have until March 2nd to post your creations to the corresponding sketch. Be sure that each of your creations is posted to the correct Slide Guest Book.
4. You can enter as many times as you like, but much create a separate creation for each entry. All entries should be posted to your blog or online gallery, as well. Please use the keyword "SFYTT" for all online galleries.
5. All participants will also be considered for next month's Designer of the Month, as well.
6. A RANDOM participant will win the prize package and will be announced on March 3rd. Winner will have five days to contact me via email to claim prize.

I made this card for my dear sister Tina who recently lost 2 of her dearest friends. My sister is truly an Angel! She lives next door to a residential elderly care home & out of the kindness of her heart, she visits the residents frequently & takes them on strolls around the neighborhood, pushing them in their wheelchairs. Well, Sally & Nellie have passed away.To make the flower embellishments, I first inked up the Judi Kins Artist Signature stamp with SU Close To Cocoa ink, then cut the various sizes flower using the Spellbinders Blossoms die, crinkled them up for a vintagey look. I have to mention that the Judi Kins Artist Signature stamp is truly one of a kind! It features MANY famous artists signatures such as: Picasso, Monet, Gustav Klimt, etc....

My Time Made Easy - From My Home To Yours 43

Hi There! Today is my "special" day to share a project with you using whatever my heart desires from the My Time Made Easy February Release products! Well, in case you haven't seen everything that is available, head on over to the MTME store & take a look at ALL the amazing products I had to choose from! I was like a little kid or my DH in a candy store :) LOL! I have been waiting patiently for Lauren to design a house template & it was well worth the wait I must say!!!Here is what I call My Time Made Easy - From My Home To Yours: planting seeds of friendship :)This Welcome Home © template is so easy to make & assemble! Remember: Lauren offers all the MTME © templates in various cutting formats so if you own a personal electric cutting machine such as a Cricut paired with the SCAL software or a Craft Robo, you are able to not only cut, but resize the template to fit your gifting needs! How personal is that???

I packed my Welcome Home © gift box with a little terracotta pot, filled with potting soil & 4 home made seed packets. A little gift package that I made for my sweet girlfriend Caroline who lives in chilly Buffalo, NY. Hoping to get her Spring planting jump started!!! Never too early to get seedlings started - perfect for her windowsill in the midst of winter :)

I inked up the "Welcome" image from the You've Got Mail © set & stamped it in the center of the heart then adhered it right on the roof-top peak, focusing it front & center! The You've Got Mail © set comes with so many versatile fun stamps! You can mix them up to suit your fancy! This awesome template can be used for ANY occasion/holiday! Can't you see it adorned with Poinsettias at Christmas time? or how about a sweet Gingerbread house? or even a Welcome to the Neighborhood gift?... The possibilities are simply endless...

I made this coordinating tag. I placed the "From my to your" & "with love" images on my stamp block, then inked them up, stamped then followed with the sweet little "home" image. I think without saying too much, this tag speaks volumes! I am really not a loooong winded person, at least I don't think so :) When Lauren asked for a little blurb describing our "special" project, I thought "YIKES"! Now I am really in trouble!!! Hi Everyone! Hope you are all having a great week so far! I have some Super Duper exciting news to share with all of you who don't already know - I was selected as one of the 2010 Spellbinders Design Team Finalists. That means, I advance to the final round for a once in a life time opportunity to be on the 2010 Spellbinders DT! Someone PLEASE pinch me & tell me I am not dreaming??? I am also celebrating the magic # 300 +! Holy Smokes! Thank you all for your support & sweet encouraging comments :)

I made a card for my dear sister, Tina who takes care of my fur babies when I am out of town. For sketch inspiration, I played along with Kazan's fun sketch #45 from 2Sketches4You & for color inspiration, I played along with the embellish magazine pretty color challenge with ribbon. I am a one cup a day coffee drinker except when Tina comes to visit!!! We always make a 12 cup pot to share :) After our bicycle ride of course!!!
I bought both of these stamps when I was at CHA. They are the first "coffee" inspired stamps that I own. I am always on the look out for new & exciting things :)
Lauren has designed this new fun MTME © stamp set called © Argyle Amazement. It is so much fun & makes for a great background set. Can never have too many of those right? :) If you haven't already, head on over to the MTME store & see for yourself what an Amazing set this really as well as all the other products!I layered the card with a strip of the MTME © digi Shutt-erfly DP (polka dots) along with a piece of embossed SU Tempting Turquoise cs. I have had that Cuttlebug Argyle EF for several years & NEVER used it!!!! Now, paired with MTME © Argyle Amazement stamps, it makes for the "perfect blend"! (giggle-giggle)To make the polka dot hearts, I inked up the Waltzingmouse polka dot heart image with the various inks, then centered a Spellbinders Heart die & ran it through my Sizzix Big Shot Express. Voila!

I am also celebrating the magic # 300! Holy Smokes! Thanks a Latte all for your support & sweet, encouraging comments :) I appreciate each & everyone one of them as they are very heartfelt in this big Blog-osphere! Prickly Happy Mail...More My Time Made Easy 27

Hi Everyone! Today I am sharing another gift set that I made using all NEW My Time Made Easy products included in the February Release!
I am calling this little gem my "Prickly Happy Mail Gift Set".

I love how Lauren has made it all possible to cut ANY of the MTME © Pretty Packaging templates using your personal electric cutter if you choose! Not only does the machine do the cutting for you but you have the flexibility to change the size of the template. Making it TOTALLY CUSTOMIZABLE!

I increased the size of this particular © Happy Mail template by 10% of its original size. Making it a perfect size to hold 8 See's Cinnamon suckers. My hubby's favorite :)

After inking up & stamping this cute little prickly porcupine image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, I stamped the © "I'm stuck on you" sentiment with SU Real Red just below. The © Critters With Heart stamp set contains several sweet little critters & many coordinating sentiments making it quite a versatile set!

This cute little porcupine image was a perfect fit on this 3x3 note card matted on a multi-layered scalloped square frame cut using several Spellbinders scalloped square dies. To make the postage stamp, I stamped the square image containing the heart, punched it out, then layered it on a square cut using a Spellbinders Scalloped square die. The © You've Got Mail stamp set contains so many different images all interchangeable making it super easy to mix things up a bit! The possibilities are numerous!!!
