JUST because 34

Mona Pendleton | Thursday, January 15, 2015 @ 10:19 PM | , , ,

Hi there! Are you ready for the weekend? I sure am! As the temperatures rise into the 70's, I am having Spring fever! The Spring cleaning bug has bitten me so I attacked my collection of patterned paper making room for some new :) Today I have a trio of greeting cards featuring a combination of pretty papers from the newly released Pion Design Paris Flea Market collection.
All three cards are quite similar. Each features a combination of various pretty Paris Flea Market papers along with an assortment of die cut doilies, sentiments and rolled roses:
I punched the pretty butterflies using a Martha Stewart butterfly punch:
I embellished each butterfly with a homemade rolled rose:
All sentiments are from a PTI stamp set:

For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current Freshly Made Sketches sketch challenge:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great weekend!
Be Sweet ;)

Mona your cards are so cute and impressive. Love you kept them relative simple allthough de orated so lovely. Your rolled flower and butterflies are such a creative way to add embellishment.
Which die /dies did you use for the circle "fillers" ... ?? They are pretty and rather different from each other.
Thanks a lot for sharing. As always I enjoy your art. Hugs from Monica... Spain
