Live out loud! 35

Mona Pendleton | Friday, October 3, 2014 @ 2:08 AM | , , , , ,

Happy Friday! Any big weekend plans? Not a whole lot going on around here ~ spending time with my family and hopefully having some time to create. Today I have a layout to share featuring a photo of sweet Angie sporting her bicycle helmet ;)
Don't mind me, I love making digital collages of snippets of my projects
I wanted Angie's photo to "fit in" with the mixed media background so I used a spatula knife to apply Gesso around the photo:
I call Angie my little butterfly because she is always fluttering about here and there ~ never a dull moment so I couldn't resist, I had to embellish with a die cut butterfly:
I added lots of texture using 13arts 3D powder and texture paste:
For additional design, I randomly stamped a fun image on the background:
Here are the inks and 3D texture powder I used:
For sketch inspiration, I joined along with the current Sketchabilities sketch challenge:
and color inspiration, I joined along with the Scrap Around the World challenge referring to the photo in the lower left corner:
Thanks so much for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great weekend!
Be Sweet ;)
