A shabby mini... 44

Mona Pendleton | Friday, June 20, 2014 @ 7:32 AM | , ,

Hi there! Are you as ready for the weekend as I am??? We have a few fun things planned which includes Meredith competing in a horse show and taking a family date night out at the movies :) How about you ~ any fun plans? Today, I have another shabby mini album to share which includes beautiful papers from the Pion design Alma's Sewing Room collection along with lots of pretty lace and trimmings:
Angie loves the shabby vintage style as much as I do and had a MAJOR roll in helping make this album come together! Each page features a stitched on image from the Pion design Alma's Sewing Room collection:
Some of the trimmings are from my stash which I've collected over the years such as the May Arts pom pom trim that runs horizontally across the top of the page shown below:
some are newer items that I've purchased such as the resin piece shown below:
and most of the little doilies are ones that we have searched out and purchased at an vintage marketplace or thrift store:
See the little piece of lace hanging on the metal clothes hanger trinket ~ that's ALL Angie!!!!

I'm entering this project in the Sunday Stamper challenge where the theme is to create a project using pretty patterned papers along with stamping. Thanks so much for stopping by ~ I hope you enjoy your weekend!
Be Sweet ;)

That's absolutely glorious, Mona (was going to say "stunning" but Candy just said that!!) - all the laces are so feminine and beautiful, and every image is perfectly chosen to complement the vintage deliciousness of the whole piece. Romantic, delicate and fabulous!

Hope you have a lovely family weekend.
