Dear Sister...MFTWSC116 35

Hi there! Here we are, midweek already which means it's time for an all new My Favorite Things Wednesday Stamp Club sketch challenge! For additional inspiration from participating DT members, please be sure to visit the MFT Blog.
I made this card for my sweet sister Tina because I don't feel as though I tell her often enough how special she is to me ;) To create the sentiment doily piece, I stamped two sentiment stamps from DC Vintage Cameo Sentiments on a die cut doily made using a Die-namics Mini Doily Circles die.
To create the dress form piece, I used the elegant die from Die-namics Sew Nifty Die set to cut a piece of grungeboard, applied white acrylic paint, distress ink then topped with a coat of glitter. The wings were cut using the wing die from Die-namics Homespun Birdhouse. I topped it off with a petite rolled rose that was made using Die-namics Mini Rolled Roses.
I completed the inside of the card using a sentiment from DC Textile Rectangle Sentiments that suits Tina and I so well. In so many different aspects we are polar opposites yet we have a common bond that makes us quite a dynamic duo :)
Many thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a great day / night!
Be Sweet ;)

Other supplies used:
Prima patterned paper, Ranger grungeboard, Ranger acrylic ink, Ranger glitter, Ranger Distress ink

This is gorgeous, Mona! I love the beautiful inside sentiment! The paper panel with the Love scripture on it, is that Prima? I would love to see if I can find it. Stunning card! A sister's love is a wonderful, thing isn't it? I am always a little sad that my daughter doesn't have a sister! Are you home from your vacation? It's been a bit crazy around here so I haven't had the chance to check out your blog all week!
