MFT November Teasers Day 6 78

Mona Pendleton | Sunday, November 11, 2012 @ 10:00 PM | , , , , , , , , ,

Hi there! Welcome to Day 6 of the MFT November Teasers! Today I am sharing a mixed media canvas featuring the sweet Pure Innocence Angel image.
I stamped, colored and paper pieced the sweet Pure Innocence Angel image then adhered her on top of an oval layered frame made using a Die-namics Oval STAX die and Die-namics OVAL Decorative Doily.
After painting and spritzing the canvas, I randomly stamped polka dots using an image from Darling Dots and acrylic paint/Gesso. I adorned the canvas with lots of pretties made using an assortment of Die-namics. In case you haven't noticed, I'm really loving the beautiful Die-namics Poinsettia! Shown below is a Sno Cone Poinsettia with Natural leaves, a Kraft Medium Fancy Flourish, a Whip Cream Royal Rose and Rolled Rose.
Another Sno Cone Royal RoseNatural Royal Leaves, a Kraft Fancy Flourish and a few altered Whip Cream buttons.
I stamped a pretty sentiment from Season's Greetings on a die cut label made using Die-namics Framed Greetings die.
In case you are curious how I made this project, I made a short video tutorial sharing steps taken along the way. I hope you like it :)

Shown below are the Die-namics I used on my project today included in the November release:

Thanks so much for visiting today! I hope you enjoyed my project as long as I enjoyed creating it! I'll be back tomorrow for the Pep Rally!
