Sweetest Christmas Wishes...WMS November SOAP Day 2 51

Mona Pendleton | Wednesday, November 2, 2011 @ 12:00 AM | , ,

Hi there! Welcome to Day 2 of the Waltzingmouse Stamps SOAP! If you missed Day 1, please feel free to click HERE for complete details :) Today I am sharing a little 3" x 3" treat box full of Hershey sweet treats decorated with a custom stamped label using images from Nordic Winter:
It's soooo easy to stamp your own custom treat labels using your favorite stamps and makes those little sweet treats all the more tempting!
In case you were wondering how I stamped the labels: ***(I apologize in advance for the crumby photos but if I don't take step pics while I am creating, I typically opt out :)***
I first stamped the snowflake from Nordic Winter:
Using a Spellbinder Classic Circle die template, I cut a piece of acetate to use as a mask. Using a piece of repositionable double sided tape, I centered and adhered the circle mask on top of the snowflake image:
Then I stamped the beautiful decorative strip from Nordic Winter:
Thanks so much for visiting ~ hopefully I inspired you to create?! Chocolate...
you're speaking my language!
*giggle*
I love these sweet treats...
and I never would have thought to use acetate as a mask...
so much easier to see what I'm actually doing...
thanks for that tip that I shall be using in the future ;)
