Hi there! I love getting away with my honey (and furry friends) but it's great to be home once again. Nothing like the comforts of home and having access to my crafty supplies ;) I needed to make a card for my step son's sweet girlfriend, Emily. Emily who is 18 years old had her 11th hip surgery this past Monday. Poor thing ~ sure hope this cheers her up :)
I pulled out one of my very first PTI stamp sets, Scattered Showers and FINALLY used the coordinating die that I shamelessly purchased months ago. I'm trying really hard to resist the temptation of just adding a bunch of stamps and dies to my collection and not using them! I am challenging myself to ink up the ones I have at least once! Let me tell you it is VERY challenging to say the least and I AM sure I am not alone???

Oh, I'm really, really, really sure you are not the only one!!! There's at least one more person, me! ;-D But I'm sure there are quite a lot more! But isn't part of the fun of this hobby the 'collecting' of stamps? All these gorgeous images!! I just only enjoy looking at them! I used to collect illustrations, when I was a kid, now I collect stampable illustrations, hi hi, that means not only being able to look at them, but also use them! How great is that!! ha ha!

Emily will love it! You are not alone Mona! LOL I find i'm a great collector of stamping tools. I don't know how you dt girls do it especially when things retire and you have to give them up! I try to leave new things out until I use them, making cards for DH's work birthdays helps a lot, but also means investing in more masculine things. I want florals and cute stuff!
