A Little Rain & Flowers Card #2
Hi Everyone! Before packing up my stampin' goodies last night, I made this card. I used a few of the new treasures I bought while on vacation. :) The umbrella was stamped with Unity's Rain & Flowers stamp set that my DH spotted & I embossed the blue paper with the Quickutz new release Flowers embossing folder. This card is my entry for the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge 183, IS183, where you have to choose your card color scheme based on some item from the website DesignDazzle.com. I chose the Mod Safari Collection, using SU Bashful Blue, Old Olive, Basic Black & Whisper White. The sketch layout inspiration came from the Card Positioning Systems 118 (CPS118). If you have a chance, I recommend visiting both websites galleries for great inspirational creations! Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog and browse. Please feel free to leave a comment! :) Be Sweet! Until next time...

What a darling card! You just keep crankin' these beautiful cards out! How do you do it? Not even a Disney vacation stops you! Keep having fun and thanks for sharing these beauties with us!
Beautiful card! Love the little umbrella! Another winner!!!
Very pretty card! I wanted to let you know that you don't have to use the sponsor's product to play along each week. You can use anything you want. If you don't have their products no problem. It is also a great way to have a chance to win some at the end of the week ;)
Can't believe how you keep coming up with such tremendous cards! Love this one too!!!!
I really like the colors you chose and I think that umbrella is darling! Was it punched from a die or your Cricut? It seems that umbrellas are getting to be more and more popular but I haven't seen any around town...
Can't decide if I like #1 or #2 better! Oh, smack, they are both spectacular! Great colors and design!
Hi Girls! Thanks for visiting my blog & taking time to comment! I love to hear what you girls think! Yolanda, the umbrella that I used to make this card was stamped using a stamp from Unity's Rain & Flowers set & then I cut it out by hand. The umbrella used in the previous post was cut using Quickutz Umbrella die, then stamped & embellished.:) I hope that helps! Have a great evening! Hugs, Mona
Very cute card! Perfect colors!
