Hi there! It seems like it's been so long since I made a scrapbook page ~ lately, I've been in Christmas card making production. A change was long over due.
I scrapped a photo of Scott and I that was taken several years ago when we were on top of The Junfraujoch located in Switzerland in the Swiss Alps and is referred to as The Top of Europe.
We took a cog train ride which traveled through beautiful countryside terrain and dropped us off near the summit. The views are stunning!
To create this layout, I started with a piece of pretty paper from the Prima Epiphany collection, added texture and design using a Prima stencil along with Prima texture paste. Once dry, I randomly added color using Prima Soft Teal Color Bloom spray. I applied Prima Gesso to the die cut snowflakes. Once dry, I sprayed with Prima Soft Teal and Tea Stain Color Bloom sprays. For added shimmer, I randomly sprinkled Prima glitter to the background and on the snowflakes:
Here are some of the Prima products that I used:
For sketch inspiration, I joined along with December's Prima Build A Page challenge:
and for color inspiration, I joined along with the December Scrap Around The World challenge focusing on the photo featuring the canning jar and lights in the upper right hand corner:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a terrific weekend!
Be Sweet ;)

ReplyDeleteYour layout is gorgeous, Mona, and captures perfectly the feel of winter. Love it! Not many people are a fan of the winter season, but it it my favorite time of the year which makes happy to see winter projects. I have a question--when using glitter, do you put a sealer over it to keep if from falling off the project?
