Winter wishes

Hi there! Today I'm honored and thrilled to be a guest featured on the Stamps and Stencils challenge blog. The DT has beautiful projects to share ~ please be sure to visit the Stamps and Stencils challenge blog. The current challenge is all about Pastels. Here's my take on the challenge:
To create my card, I inked the background then randomly stenciled snowflakes.  Next, I randomly heat stamped and heat embossed snowflakes. I embellished the card with a pair of die cut ice skates which I painted and stitched up. I topped it off with die cut sprigs and a fancy bow.

    Your card looks awesome! Strangely, I was looking at some yellow paper today and wondering whether I could use it for a Christmas card and, if so, how I'd go about that. Now I know it can definitely be used for holiday cards. You're such an inspiration!
