Here's my interpretation:
I was inspired by the pretty fall foliage so I made a thank you card featuring a fall twig wreath from the PTI Twig Wreath set combined with a die cut / heat embossed sentiment from the PTI Wet Paint Stamp Set:

Beautiful, great minds think alike... although I had a really hard time getting the die out the first time when I die cut it from gold embossed-- then I did it in reverse and heat embossed it after die cutting it out.
