Hi! October is breast cancer awareness month and it's never too late to schedule your mammogram! I'm joining along with the current CAS-UAL Fridays challenge to help spread the word!
I made this pink card for my dear niece Renee:
To create this card, I heat embossed a beautiful background stamp from Tim Holtz that I've had in my stash for a few years now and finally put to good use! Once dry, I applied a few different colors of Distress Inks, misted then dried. I embellished with a trio of Tim Holtz die cuts. I'm also entering this card in the Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge where the theme is mononchrome:
Using the same sketch, I created another CAS card using pretty stamped/die cut flowers from MFT:

ReplyDeleteAll three of your cards are great, but I especially love the oh-so-very-subtle color gradiant in the background of the last card (at least that's how it looks to me - a hint of pink at the top, working its way down to a creamy vanilla). Thanks for sharing your artwork with us at CC&S!
