thinking of you

Hi! I hope you are having a great weekend! Today I'm joining along with the June PTI Blog Hop where the challenge is to create a project based on the inspiration photo shown below:
 I'm always in need of cards to send to my dear sister as she continues to battle metastatic breast cancer which has spread to her brain. Thank you to my dear blogging friends for your prayers, kind thoughts and words. 
I combined a couple of my favorite PTI stamps sets to create this card. The mini jar is from the PTI Friendship Jar Summer Fillers and the blossoms are from the PTI Twig Wreath stamp set:
 I was also inspired to paint the jar of flowers on a 8" x 8" canvas using oil paints:

    A beautiful card which I'm sure your sister will love, and a fabulous painting too Mona. Of course, I'm a little biased when it comes to pink!!

    I often think of you and your sister, and wonder how she is.. as you know, my sister went through the same, so I do have some idea of how you must be feeling..
