Yellow Roses
Hi! I hope you are having a great weekend! Today I have an 8" x 8" oil painting to share featuring yellow roses. I'm trying to take the time to practice painting but sometimes it just doesn't happen.
I'm enjoying the process as I practice in search of my own style. This painting combines strokes and techniques inspired by two of my favorite floral artists: Gary Jenkins and Nancy Medina.

ReplyDeleteOh Mona these are stunning... this colour combination is my favourite of late. I so want to decorate with them. Over the years yellow got very tired...now I miss it. This truly would be a piece of art one could decorate a whole room around!! LOVE it!!
