Sunny Sunflowers
Hi! I hope you are all having a great weekend! I think sunflowers are one of the most beautiful flowers in real life. They seem to exude happiness from each and every petal. I think that is one of the reasons I'm so drawn to them and desire to learn how to paint them.
Today I have a 11" x 14" gesso painted canvas art board to share featuring sunflowers inspired by Gary Jenkins Sunflowers video tutorial:
I'm learning so much from studying Gary's style / method of painting including brushstrokes, color value, composition, etc... I'm planning on taking one of his in person painting workshops Spring 2017 because all of his 2016 workshops have been sold out since last year! He is truly a master!
