MFT August Teaser Time Day 6

Hi there! Welcome to Day 6 of the August MFT Teaser Time! Are you enjoying all the DT inspiration??? Today we are showcasing the Pure Innocence Picture Perfect and Pure Innocence Piggy Bank stamp sets.

When I saw the Pure Innocence Picture Perfect stamp set, I immediately knew I wanted to scrap a layout featuring a photo of Meredith from nearly 10 years ago!

Using a combination of Copic markers, I colored the sweet little girl giving her a milk chocolatey skin tone like Meredith's :) I fussy cut around her then layered her on top of a doily that was cut using a Die-namics OVAL Decorative Doily. I stamped a sentiment in one of the arrows from Die-namics Lead the Way, added a strip of trim that was cut using the Die-namics Double Dot Border die and stamped a few sentiments on banners that were cut using Die-namics Mix & Match Banners.

Using the Die-namics Layered Rose dies, I made several rose embellishments added leaves that were made using Die-namics Royal Leaves dies and peeking out from underneath are flourishes that were cut using the Die-namics Medium Leafy Flourish die.

I also have a card to share today that features the sweet girl from the Pure Innocence Piggy Bank stamp set.

I colored her using a variety of Copics, fussy cut around her then adhered her on top of a layered label that was made using the Die-namics Designer Labels 4 STAX. I added a fun little arrow from the Die-namics Lead the Way set and a double layered border that was cut using the Die-namics Triple Scalloped Borders.

I wanted this card to serve as a gift card holder as well as a greeting card so I cut a double label using Die-namics Designer Labels 4 STAX dies then simply stitched around all borders EXCEPT for the top creating a pocket perfect to hold a standard size gift card.
