MFT August Teaser Time Day 5

Hi there! Welcome to Day 5 of the MFT August Teaser Time! Today we are showcasing MFT a la modes Polished to Perfection ~ a stamp set that will surely make a girl of ANY age smile :)

I'm a Gel manicure kind of Girly Girl myself, how about you? Working in surgery, it is against hospital policy to wear Acrylic nails because of the greater risk of spreading disease that may grow underneath the nails but Gels are A OK as long as it is chip free. Needless to say, my manicurist LOVEs me ;)

To create this card, I stamped the sweet a la mode girl, colored her using a variety of Copics then fussy cut around her. Being a Girly card, I couldn't resist adding a fancy doily that was cut using the Die-namics High Tea Party Doily, a felt rose made using a combination of a few of the Die-namics Layered Rose dies and My Favorite Felt English Rose.

I finished off the inside with a sentiment stamped on a Die-namics Sentiment Strips

which I then layered on top of a few labels made using Die-namics Designer Labels 4 STAX and finished it off with a My Favorite Felt English Rose blossom.
