Hi there! It's hard to believe that February is nearly over ~ time sure flies. Today I have a couple of projects to share featuring beautiful patterned papers from the Pion Design My Precious Daughter collection. First up is a layout featuring a photo of sweet Meredith that was taken at least 14 years ago when Barbie's were the center of her world! :)
~she still drank from a sippie cup!
and still had all of her baby teeth :)
I created a textured, inky background using various ColourArte products:
and embellished with a variety of blossoms from my stash and die cut foliage:
From the scraps, I made a rather clean and simple greeting card:
For layout inspiration, I joined along with the current My Scraps and More Sketch challenge:
and for the card sketch and color inspiration, I joined along with the current retrosketches sketch challenge and the color throw down color challenge:
Many thanks for stopping by ~ I hope you have a great weekend!
Be Sweet ;)

ReplyDeleteYou card is fantastic! The distressed edges look awesome and again, love the details and awesome design!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I am curious, how do you store your layouts? Obviously, they wouldn't lay right in a scrapbook as it would be to bulky to close...but I am trying to get tips/idea's from others? Suggestions?
