Hi there! It's time for an all new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week's challenge there are not any rules! Simply craft! Anything goes!
I was inspired to create a mixed media home decor wall hanging:
I love to decorate my home with various homemade projects so I took advantage of this challenge to create a mixed media wall hanging:
Using a variety of Distress Stain Sprays, I created an inky Trellis Framework textured background:

I embellished with a trio of die cut Tattered Pinecone blossoms and Garden Greens:
and a crackled Caged Bird:
For the sentiment, I used a fun Big Chat Sticker:

    Beautiful and inspiring, as always Mona. I love all the texture, especially the rusty looking bird cage. Is that a bed spring base you have used to photograph your project? Looks stunning!

    I really love birdcage images. Not that I want to keep birds in cages - I think it's just their link to a little Victorian loveliness that draws me in. And speaking of loveliness - you've captured it time and time again in your beautiful wall hanging.
