capture life's moments...


Hi there! I hope you are having a great weekend! Today I have a Finnabair inspired mixed media project to share that I made for my sweet daughter Angie. I'm joining along with the Mixed Media Place Creative Gym Exercise #3 where the challenge is to create a project featuring: WINGS
 Lots of texture and  embellishments:
 In case you've missed my post in the past, Angie is a professional free-style bicyclist. I really believe her bicycle has wings! She has been named to ESPN's Top 50 action athletes:
The canvas features a variety of metal and resin trinkets including a resin angel which resembles Angie's guardian angel watching over her:
Here's Angie's flying machine:
 surrounded by metal gears, cogs, and flowers, etc...
 I couldn't resist a metal butterfly embellishment (Angie's my little butterfly, always flutteringd

    Gorgeous! I love the gear pieces and those flowers... but that sweet angel is the prettiest. Love the silver with the touch of purple.

    I seriously can't even tell you how amazing this is!! As is the norm when I visit you, my jaw dropped!! This is absolutely stunning!! I could seriously stare at this all day!! Wow, wow, wow!! The details are perfect!! It's one of the most gorgeous canvases I've seen!! Wow!!
