Hi there! It's time for an all new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week's challenge theme is "This is a treat"

Now that my children are all young adults, trick or treating days are long gone but no one in my family, including my dear husband is too old to receive a bag of Halloween treats delivered in a customized decorated treat bag!

I randomly stamped a brown paper gift bag with the Speckles stamp then I created a mixed media rectangular panel to adhere to the front of the bag. I added texture using Texture Paste along with various Distress Paints for color. I topped it off with a heat embossed spider web image from Mini Blueprint which I layered on top of a Rosette.
