my family...

Hi there! I hope you had a great weekend! It's time for an all new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! This week's challenge theme is: "In the family". What family? The family of distress colors? Your ancestors? Friends you feel are closer than your biological family? There are a lot of answers to the question of this week's challenge and how you answer our call to creativity is entirely up to you!
I chose to create a mini album featuring my family members currently residing at home. (Note: my dear son and his wife live in San Francisco and my sweet sister Tina lives in her own home :) 

I invite you to meet my family ~ I started with a photo of my sweet husband Scott and I:
The book was made using GRUNGEBOARD along with WALLFLOWER paper:
Next up is my dear daughter, Angie. Angie's photo as well as all the other photos are centered in an embossed FRAME:
Next up is my dear step-son, Connor:
and last but not least, is my sweet step-daughter, Meredith. I enjoyed embellishing each page with 3-D Roses:

    Oh my! This is a beautiful piece of art certain to become a treasured family keepsake. I love the white embossed frames. They enhance the photos without overwhelming them. So pretty!

    By the way, you have a beautiful family. I must say that you have the happiest looking teenagers that Ive ever seen. Having had teens myself, I'm impressed that you got them to smile for the camera. ;)
