Hi there! I hope you are have a great weekend! I had some me time so I created a mixed media layout featuring pretty papers from the Pion Design My Precious Daughter collection along with a photo of sweet Meredith:

I added texture and design to the background using the following products: acrylic paints, inks, Fishnet and Damask stencils. 

I distressed the edges of the strips, applied a small amount of Martha Stewart pearl acrylic paints which I love because it adds a nice transparent shimmer:

Peeking out from behind Meredith is a die cut doily that was made using a Prima die ~ just look all the intricate design:

I embellished with a few die cut sprigs of flowers, a couple of flowers from my stash and die cut leaves that were made using Prima dies:

For color I joined along with the Scrap Around the World challenge and was inspired by the aqua dress in the upper left corner as well as the lavender in the dress in the lower right corner and for sketch inspiration, I joined along with the Berry 71 Bleu challenge:
