Hi there! So happy it's Friday! Nothing too exciting planned for me, just happy the work week is over :) How about you? I recently purchased my first
Pure Innocence stamp set from
My Favorite Things and of course I had to get the Nurse set:
Pure Innocence Best Medicine ;) I know I will get A LOT of mileage out of this stamp set! Connor and Meredith both get their Wisdom teeth pulled on Monday so I made them each a Get Well card using the darling image.
First up is the one I made for Meredith. A little more girly looking if you ask me.
I'm a little embarrassed to show her up close and personal, because I missed a few teeny spots along the edges but like anything in life, I will get better with practice :) I admittedly have to borrow Scott's reader glasses when coloring and I still seem to manage missing a few spots here and there. sigh...
and here is the one for Connor:

Oh Mona these are just fabulous! I love the slightly more masculine feel to your second card, and she is such a sweetie! Your colouring is wonderful too!

ReplyDeleteMona, they look just perfect to me, but I know what your mean. I feel like I have to fill the whole image, whether I'm using markers or the aqua painter. I just think it means we are very thorough people. =D your poor kids with their wisdom teeth, at least they will get a great card from mom. ;)
